JMPT Coaching
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Jordan Miceli, trading as JMPT Coaching (ABN 22 503 303 090), handles your personal information. It covers the JMPT Coaching app for iPhone and Android, the app's web version, the coach dashboard, our website start.jmptcoaching.com.au and our coaching. "We", "us" and "our" mean JMPT Coaching.
The short version
- We're JMPT Coaching, an online coaching business in Melbourne, Victoria. Your coach is Jordan Miceli.
- The app holds your training, food, check-ins, measurements, photos and messages. Much of this is health information. We only collect it with your consent, one category at a time.
- Everything you record in the app is stored in Sydney, Australia. The AI features you switch on run in Australia, and the AI provider keeps nothing.
- You and your coach see your records. Other clients never do.
- Some of our business tools, such as billing and email, are based overseas. Section 14 says which ones and what they hold.
- We never sell your information. Nothing from the app is ever used for advertising.
- No computer program makes a decision about you without your coach. Section 17 lists what happens automatically.
- You can export your data, switch off any consent, or delete your account in the app at any time.
- We keep a locked health record for 7 years after your last coaching session, as Victorian health records law requires.
1. Who we are
Jordan Miceli trading as JMPT Coaching, ABN 22 503 303 090, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
We provide online fitness and nutrition coaching to adults. Your coach is Jordan Miceli, an ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist. If an assistant coach joins us, the app shows their name, and they work under Jordan's direction. In this policy, "your coach" means Jordan and any assistant coach named in the app.
Our privacy contact is Jordan Miceli: jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au.
We handle personal information under:
- the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles
- the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and its Health Privacy Principles
- for clients who live in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
2. The JMPT Coaching app
- You join by invitation from your coach. There's no public sign-up.
- You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you from no-reply@jmptcoaching.com.au. There's no password and no social login.
- The app never takes payments and shows no prices. Billing happens outside the app (section 13).
- The app keeps a copy of your recent records on your phone or in your browser, so logging works without signal. On phones, that copy is left out of iCloud and Android backups.
What the app asks your phone for:
- Camera: progress photos, food photos, barcodes and videos you record.
- Photos and files: only the photos or files you pick, such as a lab report. The app never sees your whole photo library and never saves to it.
- Microphone: voice notes and videos you record.
- Notifications: reminders and updates (section 10).
- Health data: Apple Health or Health Connect, only if you connect them, and only the types you allow.
3. What we collect
We collect only what we need to coach you. What we collect depends on the categories you say yes to (section 7).
About you
- your name, preferred name, email, mobile number, date of birth and sex

What your coach adds
- your program, targets, goal sheet, check-in reviews, reports, and video replies with their captions
- private notes and flags (section 17)
Counts and change records
- consistency counts and guarantee counts (section 17)
- a record of every change to your account: who changed what, the before and after, and when
Your device
- device type, operating system, app version and a notification token
- error reports, which stay in Sydney with health details removed
- your internet (IP) address, in our server logs
Billing and enquiries (held outside the app)
- your plan, start date, pause and hold dates, and payment status
- your answers to our website quiz and application
- card details are held by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
What we don't collect
- your location. Location data is removed from photos on your phone, before upload.
- your contacts, or your whole photo library
- records from your doctor or hospital that you keep in Apple Health
4. How we collect it
- From you: in the app, on our website forms, in messages and on calls.
- From your coach: programs, targets, reviews, replies and notes.
- From apps and devices you connect: Apple Health or Health Connect, and later WHOOP, Oura, Withings or Polar once the app supports them. We only read what you allow.
- From our booking and billing system: your plan, start date, pause and hold dates, GP clearance status and payment status come from GoHighLevel.
- From our previous coaching app: if you were a client before this app, we move your history (programs, logs and check-ins) into the app, and keep a copy of key records in Sydney.
- From food databases: food names and nutrients come from the Australian Food Composition Database and Open Food Facts. They hold food data, not data about you.
5. Why we use it
We use your information to:
- write and adjust your program, targets, habits and meal plans
- read and reply to your check-ins, and track your progress towards your goal
- keep you safe: screening before you start, GP clearance, pain stops, and suggesting you see your GP or another professional
- measure the guarantee in your coaching agreement (section 17)
- run the app: sign-in, syncing, reminders, support and security
- manage your plan and billing, in GoHighLevel and Stripe
- send you marketing, only if you've said yes (section 21)
- keep the records the law requires, and handle complaints and legal claims
We use health information only for your coaching, or where the law requires or allows it. For example, the law allows us to share information to lessen a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety.
We never sell your personal information. We never use anything from the app for advertising. We never use data from Apple Health or Health Connect for marketing or advertising, and we never share it with anyone for those purposes.
6. Health and other sensitive information
Under the Privacy Act, health information is sensitive information, so it has extra protection. Information about your religion is sensitive information too. Victoria's Health Records Act also protects health information.
- Consent first. We only collect health information with your consent, and only what we need to coach you safely. You give consent one category at a time (section 7).
- Coach access. Your coach sees a category only while you're a client, coach access is on, and you've said yes to that category.
- Blood tests are records only. The app shows the value, the unit and the lab's printed reference range as you entered them, with no flags, colours, scores or "optimal" ranges. Your GP interprets these results. No AI reads them.
- Body scans. Body composition numbers you confirm from a scan report, such as DEXA, are shown as records and trends. Bone density results are shown as printed.
- Medicines and substances. Your intake and weekly check-in have one written question about this. Only you and your coach see your answer. Your coach's reply is always to discuss it with your GP. No AI reads it.
- Food allergies. Allergies are health information, so they have their own consent (category 17). Recipes with your allergens stay out of your meal plans.
- Diet choices. If you pick halal or kosher, that may show your religion. Picking a diet choice is optional. Only you and your coach see it, and it's used only to choose which recipes go in your meal plans. Our recipes aren't certified halal or kosher. You can remove a diet choice in Settings at any time.
- Coaching, not medical care. The app supports general health, fitness and habit change. It doesn't give medical advice. If something needs a doctor, your coach will ask you to see your GP.
7. Your consent choices
The app asks for your consent in categories. Each has its own switch. We record each answer with the date and the version of the wording you saw. You can change any answer in Settings at any time.
- 1. Account and coaching. Needed to use the app. Asked at setup.
- 2. Health screening and intake, including medicines and substances. Needed before training starts. Asked at setup.
- 3. Training. Needed to log training. Asked at setup.
- 4. Nutrition, including diet choices. Optional. Asked at setup.
- 5. Measurements and body composition. Optional. Asked at setup.
- 6. Progress photos. Optional. Asked at setup, and again before your first photo.
- 7. Photo use in marketing. Never asked in the app. Testimonial photos are collected separately, through our testimonial form (section 21).
- 8. Health apps and wearables. Optional. Asked separately when you connect each one.
- 9. Blood tests and uploaded records. Optional. Asked at setup.
- 10. Coach access. Needed while you have a coach. Asked at setup.
- 11. AI-assisted coach drafts (processed in Australia). Optional. Asked at setup.
- 12. Chat with your coach. Optional. Asked at setup.
- 13. Visible in my SQUAD group. Optional and off unless you switch it on. Asked when a SQUAD member first opens their group.
- 14. AI food photo analysis (processed in Australia). Optional. Asked before your first food photo.
- 15. A held extra (section 11). Not active. Never asked.
- 16. AI chat (processed in Australia). Optional. Asked in the AI chat, before your first message.
- 17. Food allergies and intolerances. Optional. Asked on the Diet and allergies screen, before any allergy is saved.
Nothing is pre-selected. Each category stays off until you say yes.
If you say no, or switch a category off later:
- the app stops collecting that category
- your coach loses access to it straight away
- what's already recorded stays in your locked health record, where the law requires it (section 16)
If we change what a category covers, we ask you again. Until you answer, your coach can't see that category. The full wording of each consent is shown in the app.
8. AI in the app
The app uses AI in 3 places, and only if you say yes to each one: food photo estimates (category 14), coach drafts (category 11) and the AI chat (category 16). All 3 run on Amazon Bedrock in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne), using Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Your information goes to Amazon Web Services, not to Anthropic, and Amazon keeps nothing. Your coach's video replies also get automatic captions (section 9).
AI food photo estimates
- What's sent. Your food photo, shrunk and with its location data removed on your phone, and any note you add. If you use Label or Describe it, a photo of a nutrition panel or the words you type. We don't send your name, your email or your other records.
- What you get back. A best guess, not a measurement. The AI guesses the foods on the plate and how much of each. We then look up the nutrients in the Australian Food Composition Database, or Open Food Facts for packaged foods. An estimate can be off by a third or more. Each result is marked as an estimate, and you can fix any item. Don't use these estimates to work out medicine doses.
- What's kept. We store your photo, the estimate, the AI model version and any changes you make, privately in Sydney. You and your coach see them.
- Report this result. Every estimate has a "Report this result" button. Reports come to us, and we use them to check the feature.
- If you say no, logging by search, barcode and quick log keeps working, and you can still add meal photos without analysis.
AI-assisted coach drafts
- Your coach can use AI to prepare a draft check-in reply, progress report or program change.
- The AI works from your records, with your name and contact details removed. It never sees your blood tests, uploaded records, medicines answers or your coach's private notes.
- Your coach reads every draft, then edits or discards it. Nothing reaches you until your coach has checked it and sent it.
- If you say no, your coach works without AI, and your coaching doesn't change.
The AI chat (JMPT AI)
- JMPT AI is an AI, not Jordan. Every reply is labelled AI.
- It answers questions about your training, food and check-ins from your own program and logs, with your name and contact details removed.
- It never reads your blood tests, medicines or health screening answers. It never gives doses, and it never tells you what a symptom means.
- If you mention pain, illness, chest symptoms or dizziness, it shows a stop card and alerts your coach.
- Jordan can read every chat. Your messages and its replies are stored privately in Sydney with your other records.
- There's a daily limit on messages, which your coach sets.
- You can switch it off in Settings at any time, and we can switch it off for everyone. "Message Jordan" always works.
- It's not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand.
How the AI is managed
- Each AI job follows written instructions that change only with Jordan's yes.
- Jordan's edits to AI drafts are used to suggest better instructions. Those suggestions never quote your words, your name or your numbers.
- We log each AI request: whose record it was for, the purpose and the model used.
- No AI sets or changes your targets or your program, and no AI makes a decision about you (section 17).
9. Your coach's video replies and auto captions
- How it's made. Your coach may record a short video reply in the coach dashboard. It shows your check-in, charts, photos and logs, with your coach's face in a corner. It records that page only, never your coach's whole screen.
- Only you. While recording, the page shows only your records: no other client, no private notes and no private flags. It follows your settings, for example a hidden scale number shows as a trend only.
- Progress photos appear only while your photo consent is on. If you delete a photo that appeared in a video, or switch photo consent off, the affected videos are removed from view. Their captions stay.
- Where it's kept. Privately in Sydney. It plays through a link that works for a short time only.
- Auto captions. Amazon Transcribe in Sydney writes captions within a few minutes. They're labelled "Auto captions" and may contain mistakes. Your coach can fix any word. The audio is deleted within 1 day, and Amazon doesn't keep or use it to improve its services.
- Seen. Your coach sees when you've opened a reply.
10. Health apps, wearables and notifications
Apple Health and Health Connect
- They're on your phone. The app reads only the types you allow, and writes back only the sessions and meals you log.
- You can change what the app reads in your phone's settings, or disconnect in the app.
WHOOP, Oura, Withings and Polar
- These are coming later. When they arrive, you connect each one yourself, with its own consent.
- Their data comes straight to our servers in Sydney. We don't send them your coaching records.
- When you disconnect, or delete your account, their access keys are deleted.
Notifications
- Notifications never include health details. They say things like "Jordan replied to your check-in".
- You choose which types you get. Quiet hours run from 9pm to 7am, and you can make them longer.
- Apple and Google deliver them, using a notification token for your phone and the generic text only.
11. Features that are switched off
Some optional extras are built but switched off for every client while we get legal advice:
- a converter for a dose you enter yourself, into the units on your measuring device
- a log of medicines a prescriber has set for you
- scores and colour bands on blood test results
They're not active. They're left out of the app you download from the App Store or Google Play, nobody can use them, and they collect nothing. If we ever switch one on, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent in its own category. No AI ever reads these records.
12. Who can see your information
- You, in the app.
- Your coach, for each category you've said yes to, while you're a client and coach access is on. Your coach can also keep private notes and flags about you.
- Never other clients. In a SQUAD group, other members see only your display name and posts, and only if you switch that on.
- The people who build and keep the app working, only to fix problems and keep it secure. They never browse client records.
- Others, only as section 13 says.
13. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who work for us, and only what each one needs. They handle it under contract and can't use it for their own purposes.

These tools don't receive your app records. Some of them do hold health details you give us outside the app, as listed.
- GoHighLevel: client records, bookings, forms, emails, contracts and payments. Where: United States, with support providers in other countries including India. Holds: your contact details, plan, start, pause and hold dates, payment status, your website quiz and application answers, and your health screening form if you fill it in there. We'll update this policy before we add a new provider.
Others we may share with
- Your GP or another health professional, only with your consent.
- Our professional advisers, such as our lawyer, accountant, tax agent or insurer, when we need their advice. They must keep it confidential.
- Anyone the law requires or allows, for example to lessen a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety, or under a court order.
- A company that takes over JMPT Coaching, if the business moves to one. Your records would move with it, under this policy, and we'd tell you first.
14. Where it's stored, and access from overseas
The app: stored in Sydney. Everything you record in the app is stored in Sydney, Australia. The AI features run in Australia, in Sydney or Melbourne.
Outside Victoria. We're based in Victoria. Under Victoria's Health Records Act, sending health information anywhere outside Victoria, including to Sydney, is a transfer. We rely on your consent in the collection notice, and on our Sydney providers being bound by the Privacy Act and by contract terms that protect your information.
Overseas. Here's what can be reached from outside Australia, said plainly:
- Our business tools. The tools for running the business (section 13) are mostly in the United States, with some in other countries. They hold your contact, plan and payment details, and some health details you give us outside the app, such as a screening form, emails or calls.
- Notifications and app updates. Apple, Google and Expo in the United States get a device token, generic text or device details. No health information.
- Support access. Supabase and Amazon Web Services are US companies. Their staff may reach our systems from overseas to keep them running and secure, under contract.
- Your coach travelling. Jordan sometimes works while travelling overseas. He can open your records from there, through the same secure sign-in. The records stay stored in Sydney.
We stay responsible. Before we use a provider that stores or reaches information overseas, we take reasonable steps, mainly through contract terms, to make sure it handles your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We don't ask you to give up that protection. If an overseas provider mishandles your information, we remain accountable for it under the Privacy Act.
15. How we protect it
- Access rules in the database decide who can see what. We test them for every role before each release.
- Photos, videos and files sit in private storage in Sydney. They open only through links that expire after a short time.
- Your information is encrypted when it travels and where it's stored.
- Location data is removed from photos on your phone, before upload.
- The copy of your records on your phone is left out of iCloud and Android backups.
- We keep audit logs of who accessed what. Error logs stay in Sydney, with health details removed.
- The app has no third-party analytics, crash reporting or advertising tools.
- Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there's no password to steal.
No system is completely secure. If a serious breach happens, we'll tell you (section 20).
16. How long we keep it
The locked health record: 7 years
We keep a minimum health record for 7 years after the last time we coach you. It holds your intake and screening answers, your programs, your check-ins, your coach's notes and the caption text of your coach's video replies.
We keep it because Victoria's Health Records Act 2001 says a health service provider must not delete health information until 7 years after the last service. The record is locked. It isn't used for coaching. We only open it if you ask for a copy, the law requires it, or we need it to handle a complaint or legal claim. After 7 years, we delete it, and keep a short note of your name, the period it covered and the date we deleted it.
Photos and videos
While we confirm with our lawyer which files the law lets us delete:
- when you delete a progress photo, meal photo or video, it's removed from view at once and moved to a locked archive
- when you delete your account, all of them are removed from view at once and moved to the archive
- nobody can open the archive in the app, including your coach
- we only open it if you ask for a copy, the law requires it, or we need it to handle a complaint or legal claim
Once we have the answer, we'll delete what the law allows, and update this policy.
Other records
- Health app and wearable access keys: deleted when you disconnect, or when you delete your account.
- Caption audio: deleted automatically within 1 day.
- Your data exports: the download link works for 60 minutes.
- Enquiries from people who never became clients: deleted or de-identified after 2 years without contact.
- Consult call recordings: deleted within 90 days. Key points stay with your record.
- Billing and tax records: kept as long as tax and consumer laws require, usually 5 years.
When we no longer need information, and the law lets us, we delete it or de-identify it.
17. Automated decisions
The Privacy Act asks us to explain when a computer program uses your personal information to make, or help make, a decision that could significantly affect you.
No computer program decides anything about your coaching, your guarantee or your plan without your coach. Here's each thing that happens automatically, what it uses, and what it can and can't do.
Guarantee counts (1:1 plans)
- What it does: counts the 3 things the guarantee in your coaching agreement is measured on: weekly check-ins sent on time, the share of your program's sessions logged, and the days a week you track your nutrition.
- The rules it follows: weeks on a pause or medical hold are left out. Workouts you add yourself don't count towards your program's sessions. A log made more than 24 hours after the day doesn't count as on time.
- What it uses: your check-ins, session logs and food logs, their dates, and your pause and hold dates.
- What it decides: nothing on its own. The counts are closely tied to decisions that matter to you: whether you qualify for the guarantee, and which renewal options you have. Your coach checks the counts and makes those decisions. You can see your counts in the app and ask your coach to review them.
Weekly consistency counts and streaks
- What it does: counts your weeks trained, your habits and your Line of Sight daily proof, with a streak freeze for quiet weeks.
- What it decides: nothing. The counts show your progress.
Moving a session you didn't log
- What it does: if you log nothing on a training day by midnight, that session moves to today, and later sessions move one day, up to your next rest day.
- Its limits: your own moves always win. It stops after 2 days in a row and tells your coach. It never pushes a session past the end of your program without your coach's OK.
- What it decides: only the date of a session. It never changes what's in your program, your targets, your plan or your billing.
Meal plans
- What it does: picks recipes for your meal plan from our recipe library, by a fixed rule. It leaves out recipes with your allergens or that don't fit your diet choices. No AI is used.
- What it decides: which recipes you're offered. Your coach sets your targets, and you can ask for changes.
Messages your coach wrote in advance
- What it does: sends messages and tasks your coach wrote, on days tied to your start date. Pauses and holds shift the dates.
- What it decides: only when a message your coach wrote reaches you.
Progression hints
- When you reach the top of your rep range at the effort your coach set, the app may suggest the smallest weight increase. You choose the weight, and only your coach changes your program.
The AI chat
- What it does: JMPT AI answers your questions automatically (section 8). It stops after your daily limit, and it shows a stop card and alerts your coach if you mention pain, illness, chest symptoms or dizziness.
- What it decides: nothing about your coaching. It can't change your program, targets or plan.
Flags your coach sees
- The app raises private flags for your coach, for example a pain stop, a check-in not sent, food logged below the minimum your coach set on 2 days in a row, or no activity for 3 days or more. Our booking system may also prompt your coach to call you.
- A flag is a prompt for your coach to check in. It changes nothing on its own.
Limits your coach sets
- If your coach lets you edit your own food targets, the app won't accept a target below the minimum your coach set.
- You can switch yourself to fewer food numbers at any time. Only your coach can switch you to more.
On our website
- When you apply, GoHighLevel marks your application as a priority from your readiness and weekly budget answers. A priority application gets a call sooner. Everyone who applies can still book a call.
- Our website quiz gives a score and suggests a coaching option from your answers. Jordan talks through the right fit with you on the call.
Payment pauses
- Pauses can happen automatically in our booking and billing system: when a payment is still unpaid after 7 days (as your coaching agreement says), and when you send our pause form with your dates. Coaching restarts once the payment is made or the pause ends. You can ask your coach to review any pause.
Your rights. You can ask your coach to review any count, move, flag or result. You can ask us to correct the records it's based on (section 18), or complain (section 24).
18. See, correct and export your information
- See what we hold. Email jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au. We'll check it's you, then reply within 30 days, at no charge. You can ask for anything we hold about you, including your coach's notes and flags. If the law lets us refuse part of a request, we'll tell you why in writing and how to complain.
- Export it yourself. In the app, tap Settings, then Export my data. You get your records as spreadsheet files (CSV) in a zip file, and your photos and videos in a second zip file.
- Correct it. You can fix most things yourself in the app. When you edit a past log, we keep the original with the change marked, because health records law doesn't let us delete health information. For anything else, ask us. If we don't agree a change is needed, we'll explain why, and you can ask us to add a note with your view to your record.
- Change your consents in Settings at any time (section 7).
19. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time. In the app, tap Settings, then Delete account. Or email jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au and we'll do it for you.
When you delete it:
- you're signed out on every device, and your login is deleted
- your data is deleted, except the locked health record the law says we keep (section 16)
- your coach loses access straight away, and every consent is withdrawn
- health app and wearable connections are cut, and their access keys are deleted
- photos, meal photos and videos are removed from view and moved to the locked archive (section 16)
- posts you made in a SQUAD group are deleted
- reminders and notifications stop
If you never became an active client, nothing is kept: your account and everything in it are deleted.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your coaching agreement or stop payments. To cancel, email jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au, under the notice terms in your agreement.
20. If there's a data breach
A data breach is when personal information is lost, or accessed or shared without permission. If we suspect one, we:
- act at once to contain it, for example by locking accounts, cancelling keys or switching a feature off
- assess it within 72 hours where we can, and always within 30 days
- tell the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and everyone affected, as soon as practicable, if it's likely to cause serious harm. We'll explain what happened, what information was involved and what you can do.
- for clients in New Zealand, also tell the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner when the law requires it
- record what happened and what we changed so it doesn't happen again
21. Marketing, emails, texts and photos
- We only send you marketing emails or texts if you've opted in. Opting in is never a condition of coaching.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any marketing text to stop them.
- We never use your health information for marketing.
- Photos and results in our marketing. This is never asked in the app. We only use your photo, result or words in our marketing if you say yes in writing, image by image, through our testimonial form. Each yes says where it can appear, whether your face shows, and how your name appears. If you change your mind, email us and we'll take it down from our own channels within 14 days.
- After you leave, we may send 3 short emails, at about 30, 60 and 90 days. Each has an unsubscribe link.
- We don't share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
22. Our website, cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses cookies to work properly and to measure our advertising.
- The Meta Pixel runs on our home page only. It tells Meta a page was viewed. After you apply, the thank-you page tells Meta an application happened, with none of your details.
- It never runs on our quiz, application form, booking or payment pages, our invite page, this page, or in the app.
- Meta may use this to build advertising audiences. You can block cookies in your browser, change your Meta ad preferences, or use a tracker blocker.
The app has no advertising cookies or trackers.
23. Adults in Australia and New Zealand only
- JMPT Coaching is for adults aged 18 years and over who live in Australia or New Zealand.
- We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old. If we learn we have, we close the account and handle the records as the law requires.
- If you live in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) also protects you, and you can complain to the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
- The app and chat aren't for emergencies. In an emergency, call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand.
24. Complaints
- Tell us first, at jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au. We'll confirm we have your complaint within 7 days and respond within 30 days.
- If you're not satisfied, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
- For health information, you can also contact Victoria's Health Complaints Commissioner: hcc.vic.gov.au.
- In New Zealand, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: privacy.org.nz.
25. Changes to this policy
We'll publish any new version on our website and in the app, with a new version number and date. If a change affects you, we'll tell you in the app and by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If a change affects what a consent covers, we'll ask you again (section 7).

The app's collection notice
Who we are
JMPT Coaching (Jordan Miceli, ABN 22 503 303 090), Melbourne, Victoria. Privacy contact: jordan@jmptcoaching.com.au.
What we collect
What you record in this app: your profile, health screening, training, food, diet choices, allergies, measurements and body scans, check-ins, progress and meal photos, blood test records you add, messages, and your chats with JMPT AI. Data from health apps and wearables you connect. Your plan and payment status from our booking system. Much of this is health information. Halal or kosher diet choices may show your religion.
Why
To coach you safely and measure the guarantee in your agreement. If you don't share something, we may not be able to coach that part.
Where
Stored in Sydney, Australia. The AI features you switch on (food photo estimates, coach drafts, JMPT AI and video captions) run in Australia on Amazon Web Services, which keeps nothing.
Who sees it
You and your coach, never other clients. Jordan can read every JMPT AI chat. Our providers handle it under contract. Some are overseas. Apple and Google (notifications, generic text only) and Expo (app updates) are in the United States and get no health information. GoHighLevel and Stripe (United States) hold your contact, plan and payment details, plus counts such as check-ins sent. Open Food Facts (France) gets barcode numbers only. Jordan may open your records while travelling overseas.
Your choices
Choose each category on the next screen. Change any choice in Settings, export your data or delete your account at any time. We keep a locked health record for 7 years after your last session, as Victorian law requires.
More
Our privacy policy lists every provider, explains automated decisions, access, correction and complaints, and tells you how to contact the OAIC.
Your agreement
We're in Victoria, so keeping your health information in Sydney is a transfer outside Victoria. Tapping "I agree" means you agree to that.
